Daimler AG Quality Award

The company mühlbauer + partner ranks among the best service provider for technical documentation of the Daimler AG for the year 2011. The second prize of creation quality of passenger car and commercial vehicle owner's manuals was honored  to mühlbauer + partner. Like each year the award ceremony took place in a solemn setting and likewise it is the initial point for another successful cooperation with the Daimler AG.

The Daimler AG Quality Award has been awarded each of the past five years to the supplier that achieves the highest level of quality according to the following criteria:

• Results of matter-of-fact quality checks of the owner’s manuals
• Evaluation of the provided services such as completeness of each delivery
• Evaluation of services and project handling such as delivery deadline compliance, response time, and fair business condition

The quality checks and their assessment criteria serve to improve the quality of the owner’s manuals and the associated processes of the Daimler AG and their suppliers continuously.
